I work at the intersection of education, theatre and human development.

I design learning experiences where play meets structure, so growth becomes embodied, reflective and meaningful.

Based in the Netherlands, I collaborate with universities, NGOs, public institutions and community organisations to design and facilitate learning experiences in English and Spanish.

These are the tools I use to design and facilitate meaningful learning processes.
Each one combines structure, play and reflection in different ways.

Adaptative Learning guidance

Offering new perspectives while guiding groups to navigate known or new challenges.

I believe meaningful learning begins when people feel safe enough to participate

These are some of the human skills that participants develop

through the learning processes I design and facilitate.

Soft Skills

What participants learn

Communication & public expression

Speaking clearly in front of others, expressing ideas with confidence and intention.

Embodied communication

Aligning body language, voice and presence to communicate more authentically.

Audience engagement

Reading the group, adapting to different audiences and keeping people actively involved.

Emotional awareness

& self-regulation

Recognising emotions, working with nerves, fear of failure or ridicule, and staying present.

Interpersonal

connection

Building trust, listening deeply and creating meaningful human connections.

Boundaries,

agreements

& feedback

Setting clear limits, making shared agreements and giving or receiving feedback constructively.

Reflective

learning

Learning from experience, questioning patterns and applying insights to everyday situations.

These skills can be applied in everyday life
professional and personal contexts.

I design learning experiences that invite people to participate, connect and grow.
